This includes shell rolling, alignment correction, and high-quality welding procedures using TIG, SMAW, or other suitable techniques depending on the application. Special attention is given to weld integrity, distortion control, and adherence to international standards such as ASME and ASTM.
To further enhance durability, we apply specialized wear-resistant coatings and material upgrades tailored to the operational environment. These solutions significantly improve resistance to erosion, corrosion, and thermal fatigue, extending the service life of the rotor and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
