Duron 600
Duron®600 standard wear plate resisting abrasion, impact and low erosion. The resistant side of the Duron®600 wear plates appears as smooth wide (typically 10 mm) weld beading running the length of the plate. Stress relief cracks develop at right angles to the weld beads. This cross checking is desirable in the forming of the plates into curved shapes without damage to the overlay.
Duron 900
Duron®900 wear plate is designed as unique microstructure with Nano-like properties to resist the extreme abrasion and erosion with elevated Temperature Up to 800C°due to shape of complex carbides. The extremely hard Boron particles finely dispersed in between the chromium carbides reduce their spacing and ensure the best protection from abrasive and erosive media of finer size. Suitable for Impeller blades, Grit cones, chutes etc.
Duron Abrashield
Hard-faced wearplate CLASSIFICATION: DIN EN 14700 T Fe8 DIN 8555 MF 6-60-GP GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: C- Cr-Ti- and Mo- alloyed flux-cored wire electrode for parts that are exposed to high abrasive wear in combination with impact stress. The micro structure of the deposit is a martensitic matrix with inserted Titanium carbides.
